SPANISH RESTAURANT - PRIME LOCATION - HOME COUNTIES - COMPETITIVE SALARY
A unique opportunity for an experienced Chef de partie to join our kitchen brigade at Pluma restaurant in Old Amersham.
This role will work alongside our established team to strengthen and develop the brigade as a whole. The role is responsible for training, motivating and driving the team.
You will assist our Head Chef working alongside all sections within the kitchen, ensuring consistency and quality with every dish. The successful applicant will be calm and composed under pressure and have relevant experience as a Chef de partie.
The knowledge and experience of Spanish cuisine is a bonus but not essential, we are looking for a passionate individual who is committed to deliver excellence to the highest standard, we are looking for people who aspire to learn new skills, who are loyal and wish to grow and develop within an inspiring culture.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef
- Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers
- Demonstrate a passion for attention to detail
- Be career focused with ambition to learn and develop
- Be familiarise with Spanish cuisine and culture
